revealing THE culture of the cross
IT’S SIMPLE. WE LIVE TO SEE JESUS RECEIVE HIS FULL REWARD, NO MATTER THE COST.
We are a missionary base and church in Tokyo, Japan. We want to see Jesus receive the love that He is so deserving of, starting with our worship unto preaching the gospel, and spreading into every nation and unreached people group. Much like the Moravians and so many missionaries before us, we are acting on this conviction and are willing to go anywhere the Holy Spirit leads us so that God would be glorified in all the world. That means that we continue to grow in character and intimacy with Jesus as we give our lives ministering to the lost and broken.
Our base will be a place for young missionaries (both Japanese and Internationals) to be trained and equipped before launching into other regions. Those who live and work with us in this capacity will be focusing on outreaches, training for pioneer missions, and establishing local churches. Our missional communities will focus on the local expression of the Gospel. We want to see the Japanese come to Jesus and be transformed into Christian fellowship. These missional communities will be much like churches known in the West but focus on several weekly meetings including, teaching, prayer, worship, discipleship, and outreach.

We are full of hope for what God wants to do in our generation. We believe that He will raise up communities of radical worshipers from every people. We are establishing ourselves in Tokyo, Japan with plans to minister to one of the most gospel-resistant cultures in history, yet, we are already seeing God open hearts among the Japanese.

We are a family of believers that are convinced that following Christ and laying down our lives for His Kingdom is the only way to truly live. Many of us have been called to leave our homes and comfort to devote ourselves fully to seeing the Gospel transform us and the world.
From third-world warzones to first-world business districts, we believe that God is wanting to raise up a people from every tribe and tongue that will worship Him in spirit and in truth. This causes us to be bold in living counter-culturally to the world. Willing to be a spectacle and sign to the world, we have seen God confound the wise by using the weak to display His glory.
Jesus has called us all to give our entire lives and hold nothing back from Him. We started with the conviction to live 100% for Him and to never disobey the Spirit’s leading. We may not be as surrendered as we want to be yet, but we are committed to not withholding anything from Jesus as we pursue Him and His kingdom. We have found that as we pick up our crosses to follow the Lamb, we are freed from the fears and worries of the world. This enables us to go into the hardest and darkest places with joy and boldness! Our lives are not our own; that’s the best part.
